I've been getting more bullish on crypto markets recently. I shared thoughts about it last week in the Web3 Weekend telegram channel, you can read why I'm getting bullish (and positioning accordingly) in blog post here.

Interesting things
- Are stablecoins about to change? Two recent podcasts (On the Brink & Empire, see links here) have me thinking that we might have reached 'peak USDC'. Not in absolute terms, but relatively speaking. Stable coins will be interest bearing and we'll need fractional reserve stable coins for them to scale. Circle doesn't offer either.
- There has been so much investment and building around infrastructure, not enough in areas that are more important: governance, tokenomics and token tools. Web3 innovates on coordination - I wish there was more focused on that. I have found a few new tools I intend to look into, if you have recommendations, please let me know. These tools include: jubi.io, Karmah, Unlock Protocol and Story Protocol.
- āIs Filecoin+ needed? A breakdown by the launch team.
- 'Snaps' have come to Metamask allowing new plugins, including cross chain native swaps between BTC & ETH š².
- Haven't watched yet but apparently this is the highlight from Permisionless - why we're here by Erik Voorhees.
